/ 01 In-app — recommended
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the app:
- Open VBPT.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
/ 02 By email
If you cannot access the app, email vbpt.app@gmail.com from the address associated with your VBPT account, with the subject “Delete my VBPT account”. We will process your request within 30 days.
/ 03 What gets deleted
- Your account — email, name and user ID.
- Your list of favorite teams and notification preferences.
- Your subscription record, if any.
/ 04 What is retained
- Anonymized analytics events — no personal identifiers attached.
- Crash reports — no personal identifiers attached.
- Records required for tax or legal purposes — e.g. subscription transaction history, retained for up to 7 years to comply with Portuguese tax law.
/ 05 Retention period
Active account data is deleted within 7 days of your request. Backups are purged within 30 days.
